Alert! Changes to Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees
On 1 July 2021, the definition of “consumer” under the Australian Consumer Law will change, as the monetary threshold for a buyer of goods and services increases from $40,000 to $100,000.
This change will have implications for businesses, customers and suppliers and you need to be ready to prepare your clients for the forthcoming changes.
This session will cover the key changes to the Australian Consumer Law, recent developments in the law of consumer guarantees, the implications for your clients and what you can to help your clients prepare.
Don’t miss out on this critical seminar.
